Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: May 17, 2026 · Version 1.0

Section 0 — Scope & Applicability

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to all consulting and advisory services provided by GOORG Corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including strategy sessions, implementation sprints, fractional/retainer engagements, and any other professional services purchased through this website or under a written engagement. As used in this Policy:

Where an Engagement Term includes supplemental refund provisions, those engagement-specific terms apply in addition to this Policy; in the event of a conflict, the engagement-specific terms govern for that engagement.

Section 1 — Retainer & Subscription Services

You may cancel a monthly retainer or subscription engagement at any time by contacting us at support@richhylton.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access to retained services until that date. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

To the extent that applicable state or federal law — including, without limitation, the California Automatic Renewal Law (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §17600–17606) and similar state statutes — provides you with cancellation or refund rights that exceed those described in this Policy, those statutory rights are not limited or waived by this Policy. For engagements paid by electronic fund transfer, including ACH debits or recurring card charges, your rights under the Electronic Fund Transfer Act (15 U.S.C. § 1693 et seq.) and Regulation E are preserved; nothing in this Policy limits your right to stop payment on a preauthorized electronic fund transfer by notifying your financial institution in accordance with applicable law.

Section 2 — One-Time Engagements, Strategy Sessions & Setup Fees

Fees for strategy sessions, one-time engagements, onboarding, or scoped deliverables are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or the deliverable has been provided. For purposes of this section, a service is considered "initiated" upon the earlier of: (a) commencement of the scheduled session or scoped work, or (b) delivery of any written findings or deliverable. If you cancel a scheduled strategy session with reasonable advance notice before it begins, we will, at your election, reschedule the session or refund the fee to your original payment method, subject to Section 4.

Section 3 — Payment Processing

Payments for our services are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). By making a purchase, you acknowledge that Stripe processes your transaction and that Stripe's terms of service may apply to the processing of your payment.

In the event of a conflict between this Policy and Stripe's applicable terms regarding the processing of refunds or chargebacks, the terms more favorable to the consumer shall control, except where prohibited by applicable law or the rules of the applicable card network. Refund processing times stated in this Policy reflect our internal review and approval timelines; the time for a refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on Stripe's processing schedule, your bank, or your card issuer.

Section 4 — How to Request a Refund or Raise a Dispute

To request a refund or raise a billing dispute, contact us at support@richhylton.com and include:

Our commitments:

Before initiating a chargeback: We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and promptly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may be contested, and unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension of services.

External recourse: If you are not satisfied with our resolution of your dispute, you may exercise your rights under applicable card network rules, file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) at consumerfinance.gov, or pursue the dispute resolution procedures described in our Terms of Service.

Section 5 — Modifications to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will provide at least thirty (30) days' advance notice of material changes by posting the updated Policy with a future effective date. Changes required by law, regulation, or payment-processor requirements may take effect immediately. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

Section 6 — Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under this Policy is subject to the dispute resolution and arbitration provisions set forth in our Terms of Service.
