Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 17, 2026 · Version 1.0

We respect your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how GOORG Corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with your use of this website (the "Site") and our consulting and advisory services (the "Services"). This policy does not apply to companies we do not own or control or to third-party sites you may link to from the Site. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

1. Information you provide. When you contact us, book a session, or engage our Services, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, company name, billing information, and any details you choose to share about your project or inquiry.

2. Payment information. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). Your card or bank details are submitted directly to and handled by Stripe under Stripe's privacy policy and security standards. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers on our systems.

3. Server logs. Our servers may automatically record information such as your IP address, browser type and version, referring pages, and general access information for security, diagnostics, and aggregate analytics.

4. Cookies. A cookie is a small data file stored by your browser. We may use cookies to provide a tailored experience and recognize returning visitors. Most browsers accept cookies by default; you can disable them in your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may not function properly. Questions about cookies may be sent to support@richhylton.com.

How We Use Information We Collect

We use the information we collect to provide and improve the Services, communicate with you about engagements and invoices, process payments, maintain security, and meet legal and accounting obligations. Except as described in this policy, we do not disclose your personally identifiable information to unaffiliated third parties without your consent. Limited circumstances in which we may disclose information include:

1. Service providers. We may share information with vendors who perform functions on our behalf — for example, payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, scheduling, or accounting — and only to the extent necessary to perform those functions on our behalf.

2. Protection of rights. We may disclose information to advisors or authorities if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect our legal rights or the rights, property, or safety of any person.

3. Required by law. We will disclose information to the extent we reasonably believe we are required to do so by law or valid legal process.

4. Business transfers. We may transfer information we maintain in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets relating to the business.

Your Choices and Rights

You may request to review, correct, or delete the personal information we maintain about you by emailing us at support@richhylton.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to verification of your identity and to legal, accounting, and backup-retention limits that may prevent complete deletion. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) or the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. To exercise any such right, contact us at the address below.

Communications

By providing your email address you consent to our using it to send you service-related notices, including notices required by law. We may also send you other messages about the Services. You may opt out of non-essential messages at any time by emailing support@richhylton.com.

Minors

The Site and the Services are not directed to persons under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Data Security and Retention

We maintain commercially reasonable technical and administrative safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Notification of Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on the Site with a revised effective date. If we make material changes regarding disclosure of personal information, we will take reasonable steps to notify you before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Relationship to Terms of Service

Our obligations regarding your use of the Site and the Services are reflected in this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service, together with any applicable engagement terms.
